The Nitty Gritty
Class packs are valid for 4 weeks (or 30 days), booking need to take place at least 1 hour before class is scheduled to begin. Rescheduling or cancellations must happen 24 hours before class
is scheduled to start or fee will be forfeit.
The Yoga Basics Course is for anyone who doesn't know where to start on their yoga journey.
The course explains Sun Salutations, different yoga poses and their adapations.
By the end, you'll be able to calmly attend a beginner's yoga class and take options that suit your body.
The Beginners Challenge gives you 3 weeks of daily yoga to build strength and master Sun Salutations.
Learning through repetition until breath and poses are familiar.
Once complete, you'll be confident in open-level Vinyasa Classes.
